unsweetened chocolate + 1 T. sugar.

WHEN YOU WANT TO "SOUR" SOME MILK
FOR A RECIPE
Add 4
tablespoons of vinegar for a quart of milk and mix well. Let
stand for 5-10 minutes.
SUBSTITUTES FOR ONE WHOLE EGG IN A
RECIPE
1.) Mix 1 t.
cornstarch with 3 T. extra liquid (whatever liquid is called
for in the recipe).
2.) 2 T. oil plus 1 T. water.
3.) 2
T. liquid plus 2 T. flour, plus 1/2 T. shortening, plus 1/2 t.
baking powder.
